Shipping Rates
Here at Prezents we offer a variety of shipping rates across the UK and Europe. Here's the complete list.
Those of you on the UK's surround Islands or right up there in Scotland aren't included in the Mainland UK service as the charges to reach those parts of the United Kingdom are unfortunately expensive.
All European rates have an additional percentage implemented by our carrier and VAT. We'd love to ship for free to every country but our small family-run business wouldn't survive without charging for postage to certain places.

Returns
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped by Jo, Hutch or Simon.
If your item is defective or damaged upon receipt please notify our sales department immediately after your package is received. All claims MUST be made within 3 working days of receipt of your order.
Shipping charges will only be refunded on faulty items, alternatively a replacement may be despatched.
Any returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for a refund and should be returned within 14 days.
Please call our office to be allocated a Returns Number.
Discount Codes
If you have received a Discount Code, it can only be used once (it is tied to the email address on the account) and cannot be used in conjunction with another code.
